Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Sevynn's Bowtique & Bags is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.
