At Sevynn's Bowtique & Bags, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. 

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

Your order number,

photos of the damaged item,

 a brief description of the issue.

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund at our description.

We reserve the right to deny refund request that do not meet these requirements.
